CB1 Medical operates the UK shop for CBD products, vaporizers and consumables. We are an independent retailer. Our sister clinic, CB1 Medical Clinic, offers separate specialist medical cannabis consultations. Clinic services are subject to their own terms.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.

CBD products sold on this site are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via our secure checkout and processed through Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the point of order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched same day from the UK. Delivery times vary by chosen shipping method. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (cooling-off period). Products must be returned unopened and in original condition. Opened or used CBD products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded in full.

7. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of CB1 Medical or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
